I only have one other copy...
...so unfortunately, only one special person, probably already decided, will get their hands on one. One day, when I do a fully fledged awesome edition all proper like, yeah, you can all place pre-orders and sup on selected Yarra Valley cheese and wine at my upmarket book launch. I'm guessing that's some time away though.

A few notes on comments.
We've had a lot of fun over the years with my freewheeling comments policy, but all good things must come to an end. Therefore I will no longer be approving comments that contain personal abuse of any sort.
